• Task Cancellation: If you cancel a design task before our AI algorithms have started working on it, you may be eligible for a full refund of the task's cost.

• Unfulfilled Task: In the event that we are unable to complete your task within the specified time frame (5 business days) due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund.

• Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the photo session delivered and can provide specific and valid reasons for your dissatisfaction, we may offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

• Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details or evidence to support your claim.

• Wait for Evaluation: Our support team will evaluate your request and respond to you promptly.

Non-Eligible Refund Situations

You are not eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Task Completion: If you have approved the photoshoot or if the photoshoot has been completed within the specified time frame (14 business days), refunds will not be issued.

• Change of Mind: Refund requests based on a change of mind or personal preference are not eligible.

• Failure to Follow Instructions: If you fail to follow instructions or briefings for your photoshoot, and the result reflects this, refunds will not be issued.

• Violation of Terms: If your refund request is in violation of our Terms of Use or any other Policies presented on the website, it will not be honored.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, such as the debit or credit card used for the transaction.
